PROOFING & RETURN POLICIES

*NOTICE!  YOUR JOB IS ON HOLD UNTIL YOU REPLY.  You must reply to the email sent by our design team, that the job requires changes, or is "OK to Print". PROOFING IS 100% CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY.  You must check all spelling, numbers, colors, layout, etc. and reply with OK TO PRINT. There are no refunds or free "re-do's" if the printed artwork matches what you approved, regardless of the error.
COLORS MAY VARY.  Monitors glow, paper does not. There will be differences between what you see on a screen, vs. what is printed. Once the file is converted from RGB to CMYK, the color will be more accurate.
DUE DATES: Turn around time is not guaranteed. Production and print times vary, and we have no control over ship times, so there is no refund if your merchandise reaches you later than expected.
DESIGNS UPLOADED BY CUSTOMER:
We will not proof nor correct your designs, so what you give us is what will be printed. We are not responsible for any errors in typograpy, color matching, low resolution graphics, or improperly fitted pieces. Customer is 100% responsible for uploaded work.

Please convert all items to CMYK to see more accurate color, and note that monitors vary.  Color matching is not guaranteed due to this variable.

RETURN POLICY:
All printed items are non-refundable. Non-printed items may be returned for refund or exchange if unused and defective. RMA must be requested within 5 days of receipt and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
