| What are the costs associated with the design fees? |
| Costs that must be paid by the client are hosting and domain fees. A domain is $35 (or less) per year, and hosting is $8.95(or less)/month, paid one year in full. When AZHG obtains the domain and sets up your web hosting, the domain fee is free for the first year. |
| What is included in the design fee, and what isn't? |
We take information you give us, and create a web site that is easily navigable, and user friendly. We do not research information on your business, nor write copy. You must supply all information. Retail items must include item number, price, shipping cost, etc.

| How long does this process take? |
The process of procurring a domain takes about 4 days. A website can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks to build, depending on how much information is supplied by the client and how organized the original web structure is.

| Do you create shopping carts? |
| Yes, with PayPal Shopping Carts. We can create buy-it now buttons if you have a PayPal account. Websites with shopping carts require additional server side programming and databases that can run into the thousands $. |
| Can I have forms? |
| Yes. You can have order forms, subscriptions to your mailing list, feedback, etc. |
