Clients must be new to AZHG. Existing or previous clients are excluded.
New client must place and pay for order to qualify as referee.
Clients cannot refer each other.
$10 paid in credit memo for services at AZHG and has no cash value.
Credit vouchers can be given or sold to existing AZHG clients, but may not be peddled inside or outside AZHG. AZHG must be notified for proper transfer.
Credit vouchers are valid for 2 years.
Vouchers may be collected and used toward any single purchase up to 50% of the sale.
